Prologue, IChO 2016

This year's IChO will be held in Tbilisi, Georgia. Finally we have a place at least. Firstly, Pakistan was the organizer, but a lot of countries canceled, excluding us. Then, when it seemed like only half of the normally participating countries will attend the olympiad, it had to be canceled there. Later there were several ides where to organize the olympiad and finally Georgia accepted to do it. They had short time to do it which makes me a bit worried about how well organizedit will be. We will see.
